I'm a British Actor with a MA Arabic & French and MA Acting from RCSSD with reoccurring roles on shows such as Downton Abbey and The Frankenstein Chronicles, Guest Lead in 12 Monkeys and have worked on films such as The Theory Of Everything (James Marsh)The Danish Girl (Tom Hooper), The Christmas Candle (John Stephenson) and Love Type D (Sasha Collington).

Short films I've led have screened at multi-BAFTA qualifying festivals such as Aesthetica Short Film Festival, Rhodes Island International Film Festival, London Short Film Festival, Encounters, Edinburgh International Film Festival and many more. I was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the British Independent Film Festival. 

Onstage credits include leading Northanger Abbey (Upstairs At The Gatehouse), Internalised (Soho Theatre) and Lotty's War (Yvonne Arnaud Theatre/ UK No.1 Tour) playing the titular character. 

I am a BAFTA and BIFA member.  

Alongside acting, I work to make our Industry fairer and more representative for all. As Time's Up UK's liaison for ERA 50:50, I have been an active member of both working on numerous projects featured in Variety and other publications. 

I'm an award-winning female founder and in 2019, I launched my global business, Primetime: a visibility platform helping the Industry find and hire more women behind the camera. We have members in 55+ countries, including multi-BAFTA, Emmy and Academy Award winners. 

Through my activism, I have hosted Masterclasses with Directors such as Sarah Gavron & Prano Bailey-Bond, and have been a guest on multiple Industry panels and roundtables.

I am currently writing a comedy pilot, a TV sci-fi set over 24 episodic hours, various short films, a children's book, 2 Industry handbooks, a personal non-fiction in addition to Industry guidelines for working with neurodivergent actors on screen. 

I don't sleep. But that is a Sleep Apnoea joke.
